A great weekend for both Huskies hockey teams, as the men beat the Beavers 4-3 Friday at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center behind two goals from Austin Burnevik. Saturday, Burnevik tallied again as SCSU took a 3-2 victory at the Sanford Center in Bemidji.

The SCSU women edged BSU Friday 1-0. Alice Sauriol scored the only goal of the game. Sanni Ahola made 13 saves to get the shutout win. Saturday, St. Cloud completed the sweep with a 2-0 win as Sariol again scored the game winner. Goaltender Emilia Kyrkko stopped 18 Bemidji shots for the shutout.
